# 🌱 About the Field Guide

This Field Guide was created to help campuses better understand and support the mental health needs of students of color and other underserved student populations. 

Inside, you’ll find research insights, conversation prompts, practical strategies, and real examples designed to support campus-wide conversations around access, trust, representation, and student well-being. 

The goal is not to provide a one-size-fits-all solution, but to offer ideas, data, and actionable steps that campuses can adapt to meet the unique needs of their student communities. Whether you’re looking to strengthen outreach, improve engagement, or explore long-term culture change, this guide is meant to serve as a starting point for thoughtful, student-centered action.
