# How does an administrator register?

## Administrators are identified during the onboarding process.

Administrators will have access to PII of users, so limit your administrator list to those that can and should access this information.

To receive an invite to join as an administrator, BetterMynd will send a verification email.

If you haven't received your verification email, please wait 20 minutes and check your Spam folder. If you still don't see the email, please reach out to your Campus Success Director or email [support@bettermynd.com](mailto:support@bettermynd.com).
