Allowlisting Instructions for BetterMynd Emails
To ensure uninterrupted delivery of all communications from the BetterMynd platform—including student outreach, appointment confirmations, and campaign messages—please follow the steps below to allowlist our email sources.
Allowlist the Email Domain

Please add the following domain to your email system's allowlist. This domain is used for all platform-generated emails including verification and appointment reminders:

Allowlist the Static IP Address
- In addition to the domain, please allowlist our dedicated sending IP address:
77.32.187.60
- This ensures that emails sent from our system are not blocked or filtered due to IP-based restrictions.
Disable Reputation-Based Filters
- Some email systems use reputation scoring to filter incoming messages. To prevent legitimate BetterMynd emails from being mistakenly flagged:
- Ensure that reputation filters are disabled or bypassed for both the domain and IP address listed above.
- If disabling is not possible, configure your system to treat emails from BetterMynd as trusted regardless of score.
