BetterMynd dashboard - Feedback tab
The Administrator dashboard is broken up into several sub-sections located below the summary tiles.
The fourth of these tabs is Feedback, which shows anonymized feedback from users at that institution. The page features a simple table, with the following columns:
- Feedback: Text feedback provided by the user.
- When: Date the feedback was provided.
- Platform Rating: Rating of the BetterMynd platform.
- Counselor Rating: Rating of the individual counselor.
In addition, there are two tiles which display two average ratings:
- Average Platform Rating
- Average Counselor Rating
While most feedback is positive, the BetterMynd team will automatically reach out to any user who rates their counselor a 6 or below. We want to ensure the user is having a positive experience with counseling.
