Administrators will have access to PII of users, so limit your administrator list to those that can and should access this information.
To receive an invite to join as an administrator, BetterMynd will send a verification email.
The subject is "Create Your BetterMynd Account" and the sender is no-reply@mail.app.bettermynd.com.
Some campus IT programs will block emails if they are unexpected.
If you haven't received your verification email, please wait 20 minutes and check your Spam folder.
You can also check with your institution's IT department and give them the subject and sender listed above to verify if they email was blocked.
