What are wellbeing workshops?

Wellbeing workshops are scheduled (live) psychoeducational group workshops led by licensed counselors who educate and empower students on mental health topics and treatments.

Wellbeing workshops are scheduled (live) psychoeducational group workshops led by licensed counselors who educate and empower students on mental health topics and treatments​ such as:

  • Academic Distress
  • Depression
  • Eating Disorders
  • Family Distress
  • General Anxiety
  • Relationship Issues
  • Sexual Assault
  • Sexuality
  • Social Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Substance Abuse
  • Trauma (PTSD)

Students can access the Wellbeing Workshops by logging in to bettermynd.com and selecting the "Wellbeing Workshops" tab at the top. To register, select a workshop and click "Register".

As a campus administrator, you can view details about all upcoming workshops here: https://event.bettermynd.com/upcoming-workshops.

If your campus has purchased unlimited wellbeing workshops, students are allocated workshop credits and replenished as needed. You will not need to approve or add additional wellbeing workshops to their account.
